Gyoza Koubou operates three ramen noodle restaurants, and previously they were purchasing their dumplings from outside. This led to high purchase cost and the flavours of such ready-made dumplings were not of their liking. Their idea was to install the machine to raise profit and to provide tasty dumplings of their own flavour.

As they already possessed several restaurants, we proposed a plan to make a central kitchen cum take-away shop that would be profitable.
By making the central kitchen a take-away shop as well, the monthly sales was stabilized and the central kitchen by itself would make enough sales to cover rent and labour.
Now, they supply their dumplings to other ramen noodle restaurants as well. With the production of dumplings for six restaurants, they now make a stable sales.
