Resolution by Shipping Replacement Parts

If the issue can be resolved through parts replacement, you can purchase the part from us. We will send you the necessary parts to you by EMS or Air Courier.

Resolution through Factory Repair

If adjustments or part replacements are difficult, we may recommend repairs and adjustments at our factory. Send us the unit after speaking with our staff.

Resolution through On-Site Repair

We can arrange a visit to your location (please note that scheduling may take time).
