This is the most cost-effective method for a quick resolution.

Resolution by Shipping Replacement Parts

If the issue can be resolved through parts replacement, you can purchase the part from us. We will send you the necessary parts to you by EMS or Air Courier.

Resolution by bringing the machine to us

If you are nearby, you may bring the machine to our office in Japan. Please contact us in advance.
Depending on the repair required, we may need to keep the machine for a few days.

Resolution through Factory Repairs

If adjustments or part replacements are difficult, we may recommend repairs and adjustments at our factory. Send us the machine after speaking to our staff.

Resolution through On-site Repairs (in Japan)

We can arrange a visit to your location in Japan (please note that scheduling may take time).
Details about the visit schedule and fees will be explained over the phone.
