Our Compact Gyoza Machine is a custom-made product tailored to the customer's gyoza size.
As such, when purchased or transferred as a used product, it is not uncommon for there to be issues due to differing specifications.

The size of the gyoza is different from what you require.
As a custom-made machine, changing the size will incur an additional cost (anywhere between US$ 2,000~4,000)The machine's frequency (Hz) does not match your region.
You may have issues with the machine speed.Missing parts
The used machine may not have all the original parts required for correct operation.Trouble with operation and maintenance
There have been cases where proper operation is not possible due to the lack of instructions.Gyoza skin does not match the machine specifications

Registration fee: 70,000 Japanese Yen (+ tax if required)
After registration, repair services and parts sales from Toa Industry will be available.Cases where repair support is unavailable:
- Unregistered products.
- Products manufactured before January 2009 (service discontinued).

Notice regarding the discontinuation of repair support for certain products.
Since the launch of our Compact Gyoza Machine over 40 years ago, we have made continuous minor design changes and modifications, leading to the alteration and discontinuation of certain parts.
Until now, we have strived to secure as much stock of these discontinued parts as possible to continue offering repair services. However, it has become increasingly difficult to supply these parts and provide repairs for older machines.
As a result, we regret to inform you that repair support and parts sales for the following products will be discontinued. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Basic consumable parts, such as springs and conveyor belts, will remain available. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
