The actor Shinya Niiro visited Hamamatsu in the morning program of NHK TV’s "Asa Ichi". While introducing Hamamatsu culture and local speciality such as the scenic Hamana Lake, local musical instruments and Hamamatsu gyoza, Niiro visited our gyoza restaurant “Hamataro” and was taught by the gyoza maestro there the tips and tricks of how to pan-fry the beautifully circular gyoza dumplings a la Hamamatsu-style.
