How can I get more detailed information?

Can you provide advice on the peripheral equipment needed for gyoza production?
Yes, we can. We not only provide advice but also offer sales of some peripheral machines too. The optimal equipment varies depending on your production volume, so please feel free to consult us.
Are the tours and consultations fee-based?
We offer free "Gyoza Central Kitchen Tours" as well as free demonstrations and consultations. Reservations are required in advance, so please apply through phone or the inquiry form.
Could you tell me about your after-sales support system in case of machine issues?
We also offer consultations and adjustment advice over the phone or by email. Depending on the situation, we will send you replacement part (against cost), or you may be asked to send the machine or unit to us, or one of our specialists can visit your location to assist you (travel and repair fees are charged separately).
Do you offer a warranty? If so, what is the duration?
We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty. For the second year and beyond, we provide paid after-sales service for up to 9 years (10 years from the purchase date).
Is it possible to make payments through a lease?
Yes, it is possible in Japan. We have leasing agreements with major leasing companies, typically offering lease contracts of 5 to 6 years. Please feel free to contact us for more details. For lease overseas, we do not offer leasing options directly. However, some of our dealers and distributors may have leasing offers. Please send inquiry to them directly for details.
Is it usable overseas?
Yes, it can be used overseas. With over 30 years of experience exporting to more than 50 countries, you can rest assured.

Can I see the actual machine in person?
You can visit our company in Japan to see the actual Compact Gyoza Dumpling Machine and tour our direct-operated gyoza restaurant and central kitchen. Please feel free to consult us.

Is it possible to modify the specifications of an existing Compact Gyoza Dumpling Machine to change the size of the gyoza?
Yes, it is possible. However, as many parts need to be changed, the modification cost can be relatively high. Please contact us for more details.
Is it possible to make gyoza of different sizes with one machine?
The Compact Gyoza Dumpling Machine shapes only one size of your choosing. However, while keeping the same size, you can change the filling (ingredients) to make different types of gyoza.
Is there a size limitation for the gyoza you want to make?
The Compact Gyoza Dumpling Machine allows you to choose one size within the range of 13g to 30g per gyoza. The available gyoza skin size varies depending on the weight, so please consult us for more details.
What is the production capacity of the Compact Gyoza Dumpling Machine?
The maximum production capacity is 1,500 pieces per hour.
Is the machine easy to operate?
Simply place the filling in the hopper, put a gyoza skin on the tray, and press the switch to shape the gyoza. Anyone can master the operation in a short time.
Will the skins I am currently using be incompatible?
There are size limits, but in most cases, you can use the skins you are currently using. However, please note that hand-rolled skins cannot be used.
Can the machine be powered using a standard household outlet?
Yes, it is compatible. It is designed for AC100V. Additionally, it is energy-efficient with a power consumption of just 65W.
For overseas usage, we can provide a small-sized external transformer with the gyoza machine, allowing it to be used with your country's voltage.

Is it possible to shape gyoza of different sizes?
The forming unit is interchangeable, so you can change the size by swapping out the unit.
Is there a size limitation for the gyoza that can be made?
Toa's large gyoza machine can accommodate gyoza ranging from 10g to 32g per piece. However, the range may vary depending on the filling and skin conditions, so please consult us for more details.
What is the production capacity of the large gyoza machine?
The Fully Automated Gyoza Machine TX-16 can produce up to approximately 10,000 pieces per hour.
The Fully Automated Gyoza Machine TX-24 can produce up to approximately 13,000 pieces per hour.
What is the cost of introducing the large gyoza machine?

What is the size of the large gyoza machine?
The external dimensions of the machine are 1950mm × 1700mm × 2050mm, and it weighs approximately 1000kg.
Is cleaning and washing the machine easy?
All parts that come into contact with food are removable, making cleaning easy. It is highly rated by companies that have obtained HACCP certification.
Is it possible to set up a production line?
We have a proven track record of collaborating with various line manufacturers to build production lines for steamed and frozen gyoza.
