Gyoza Central Kitchen Tour!
Visit the Hamataro Gyoza Central Kitchen in Japan – Free Guided Tour!
Hamataro, the award-winning gyoza brand produced by Toa Industry, operates a unique business model combining both gyoza shops and restaurants.
At the heart of this model is the Hamataro Gyoza Center, our central kitchen opened in 2017. Designed as a “Profitable Gyoza Central Kitchen,” it not only supplies high-quality gyoza to all Hamataro outlets, but also runs its own on-site restaurant to cover operating costs—ensuring both efficiency and stability.
We now offer free guided tours of this Gyoza Central Kitchen for those interested in our gyoza machines. Come to Japan and see firsthand how we manage large-scale gyoza production and retail operations!

Gyoza Manufacturing (Central Kitchen)
Automation has allowed us to reduce dough costs by 75%, while also minimizing labor requirements and waste.

Restaurant Model (Suburban)
We have opened roadside gyoza restaurants, attracting families with dine-in and takeout, and building a strong local brand edge.

Gyoza Izakaya Model (Downtown)
We have also opened downtown gyoza izakaya (gyoza bar), pairing drinks with diverse, modern gyoza to attract young customers.

Unmanned Stores (Honor System)
We pioneered unmanned gyoza shops during the pandemic, cutting labor and costs with a low-investment, efficient model.
The tour is recommended for those who:
- are seeking effective labor shortage solutions.
- want to start a gyoza shop/restaurant but lacking gyoza know-how.
